1. API Usage & Licensing

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our API subject to the quota limits of your subscription plan. You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or maliciously overload the service.

2. Data Processing

Our service provides data redaction. We do not store or persist the contents of your API payloads. You remain solely responsible for the data you transmit to our service and ensuring you have the right to process such data.

3. Billing & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly via manual SEPA invoice. You may cancel at any time. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service.

4. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS". ZipTv OÜ shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to GDPR fines, data leaks on your end, or loss of profits arising from the use of our API.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union.
